Rising management costs in the failing Northern Trust
The table below shows a financial failure of the NHSCT, in that they reported in 2010 that there were management costs of £21,356,000, the real figure was restated to £23,892,000 one year later. That is differences of over £2,000,000 how can a trust or any businesses not account £2,000,000 pounds? While head of finance at the time Martin Dillon is no longer with the NHST he is now in the Belfast HSCT like in many instances he goes where current CEO of the Belfast HSCT Colm Donaghy goes.
Also concerning is that since 2009 there has been a £4 million rise in management costs despite Review of Public administration already taking place, this amount would almost run the A&E at the Mid Ulster Hospital for 1 year.
